A young astronaut crash-lands on a totalitarian planet where the citizens suffer under cruel medieval living conditions despite the highly advanced weaponry and technology developed by their leaders in this ambitious sci-fi action thriller from director Fyodor Bondarchuk. The year is 2157: Maxim was on a mission in deep space when his ship crashed on an unknown planet.
