Description: After the success of Uli Lommels' original 1980 shocker about a demonic mirror possessing the residents of a house, it was inevitable the studio would want a sequel.
What they got was an unimaginative blatant cash-in. Credited to director Bruce Starr (Uli Lommel pseudonym ?), the 'sequel' incorporated almost 45 minutes of footage from the first movie and was generally dismissed and considered best forgotten.
But Uli wouldn't let the matter lie.. oh no!.. he decided to re-edit and insert new footage of HIMSELF speaking directly to camera interspersed throughout the duration of this new version.
This 'Directors' Cut' ( onscreen title is BOOGEYMAN 2-REDUX ) would eventually get a DVD release in 2003.
Truly bizarre.. you have been warned !!
