Description: A short documentary about a small town orchestra rehearsing for a concert.
Director Kazimierz Karabasz was Krzysztof Kieślowski's teacher at the Lodz Film School. Kieślowski later included the short on a Top Ten favorite films list.
Kieślowski said of Muzykanci in the film journal Positif:
"It is rare for a short film to express so many things, in such a simple and beautiful way, with regards to the human need to create."
