This documentary provides an insight into the lives of Hollywood stuntwomen through the experience of Jeannie Epper, a stuntwoman in her sixties whose credits include Wonder Woman, Poltergeist, Total Recall and Minority Report, and a newcomer from New Zealand, Zoe Bell, who had previously worked on Xena: Warrior Princess. The two women become friends, and towards the end of the film Jeannie helps Zoe land a job as Uma Thurman's stunt double in Kill Bill.

Zoe Bell is currently starring in Tarantino's Death Proof.
